Password protected BASS members forum
In the near future, a ‘BASS members only area’ will be added to the BASS web site. This will be in the form of a ‘password protected members forum’. It will be used to publicise any official society and restoration project/conservation news to members, as well as, allowing all paid up BASS members with an email facility, to make posts on the forum if they wish. Members will also be able to use the forum to send personal messages to each other.
The BASS Committee hopes that members will make use of the forum, giving them the opportunity to become more involved with the society, perhaps arranging fishing trips, social occasions, discuss tackle/tactics,sell/buy tackle, etc. However, the disclosure of details/location about specific bass fishing marks will NOT be permitted on the forum. It is too emotive a subject, so it will not be allowed.
Those paid up BASS members, whose valid email address we have, were emailed on 2 June 2006 with the details. If you, a 2006 BASS member, did not receive that email, please email David Riley, supplying your full name and postal address, so he can verify your membership/email address and arrange for you to be registered as a forum member.
ONLY registered BASS members will be able to access the ‘BASS members forum’. It will not be open to non members, with registration being by invitation only, to all paid up BASS members.
