Xmas Day on ‘B’ . . .
Back at the house I clean my fish and put half of her in a frying pan with Olive Oil and she made a very tasty dish with carrots and left over chillie cone carne. The red wine was way too cold so I had this brain wave to put the bottle in a basin of very hot water but forget about it and left it too long. Cold red wine is bad but warm as in too warm red wine is total shite. I did think about the fridge but in the end I just swollowed and pinched my nose at the same time.
The house was quite apart from the howling wind and sound of the surf no one to obliterate my peace. I made up a huge turf fire lay down in front of it and went to sleep. No alarm was set none required.
