On Friday 9 February at 7.30pm on BBC1, the regional current affairs TV Programme, ‘Inside Out’, will be broadcasting an item in the South-West, looking at the impact that the new 40cm bass mls will have locally.
Trailers for the programme show a local commercial fisherman, an under 10 metre handliner, claiming that he will be put out of business, when the measures are implemented.
